You are bidding on a restored 1953 Ford Customline 4-door with 239 Flathead V8. The car was purchased for 300.00 and was in boxes as a basket case. All body panels were stripped as were all the disassembled parts in the boxes. The vehicle has approximately 72k on it but the engine was rebuilt and has approximately 2500 miles on it. The engine has 4-bolt main caps purchased from the West Coast and was machined & assembled by Gonzalas who built the ford cammer with Ford. Engine has Offenhauser aluminum heads, Edelbrock aluminum intake with a 500cfm Holley 4-bbl carb. Vehicle has a high quality custom paint job and has front disc brakes 16 inch wheels and an overdrive that is currently not operable. Additional photos and any questions available by request.
