This is a 1958 GMC Suburban. It has a Camaro Subframe and 308 Camaro rear end. The seats are from a '95 Chevy pick up, the steering column is from a 1978 Chevy van. The engine is a 350 with a T350 transmission from a 1968 Chevy Impala. By now the engine and trasmission have about 80,000 miles. I haven't driven it much. Just on weekends in nice weather. New exhaust from engine to tail pipe. Two new Flow Master two chamber mufflers. Tires are new (less than 1,000 miles). Master cylinder is new, (replaced one year ago). It smokes a little on start-up, and could use new front rotors. They are old and worn from bad pads. The pads have been replaced recenlty . It rides about 2' from the ground up front. Because of this, we can't drive it where we now live. This is the reason for selling. There are some rust bubbles on the rear lower quarters, but the inner rockers, and floors are in great shape. The fenders have some bondo cracks starting to show through where the brackets are welded in. Over all, it's in good shape. It's complete, solid and is a great driver.
