2001 Ford Escort- No Reserve You are bidding on a 2001 Ford Escort. The car is in great condition and has had many new parts installed. The only reason we are selling this car is that my nephew is in the United States Army and has been stationed over sea's. He has given us his car. We now have no need for this car. The Escort just had new front brakes installed and a new set of tires put on upfront (05/10/12). With-in the last year a new battery, alternator, serpentine belt, and set of rear tires have been installed. The car runs great, shifts great and is extremely great on gas and milage!! The body and interior is in excellent condition, please reference the pictures. I've taken pictures from all angles to show this car off. Inside and out. The car was my wife's. She works less than two miles from our house. She barely drove the car. The only issue I know of is I've been told by a local automotive tech that it needs a passengers side rear strut mount as if you hit a bump just right you can hear a noise on the backside and the Pioneer CD player doesn't work. Other than that the car is a turn key, ready to drive away. I have the title in hand ready to go. I referenced the car on Kelly Blue Book online and it brings a value from excellent condition of $3,178 - Very good condition of $2,978 - and good condition of $2,853. I am listing this car way below the book value as my wife and I are expecting our first little one and need to move this car as soon as we can. The car has always been and still is garage kept. My wife will be taking the car to work a handful of times this week so the milage may vary by a very small amount when purchased.
