Selling our Suburban after 15 years of ownership. This vehicle is completely original and has served us well. Recently purchased a new vehicle so wife says this must go. Always maintained with regular oil changes and servicing. Exterior- The paint is original and still shines. There are several dents on the roof from a tree limb, and a few dents on the passenger side which I have tried to capture in the photos. The top of the passenger side fender is starting to lose the factory finish top coat, factory gray primer is showing. There is a small rust spot developing on the lower passenger front fender. The driver side barn door also has rust beginning to show thru at the bottom. All in all the body is in good shape for the age of the vehicle. Interior- The interior is in remarkable good shape for its age. The only flaw is the driver’s seat. The leather has some tearing; therefore we covered it with a fabric seat cover. The passenger side and remaining seats are in excellent condition with no tears. Headliner has a few scratches but otherwise very nice. Original carpet is in good condition with no holes. Still have the original GM rubber mats. Engine- 6.5 Turbo Diesel which has been rebuilt. The drivers side head was replaced with new head due to broken glow plug. Since the engine was apart, we decided to have the following new parts installed: injectors, water pump, oil pump, piston rings, crank bearings, and head bolts. Tranny was flushed and new filter installed. New fuel pump and filter and new alternator. Added a PMD (Pump Mounted Driver) Heat Sink Kit with extended harness so it could be located in cool air in the grill. Have receipts for all parts. Air Conditioning is not currently working. Both front wheel bearings and shocks have been replaced and alignment performed. The truck runs and drives good. Clear title in hand.
