This auction is for a used very well maintained 2005 Toyota Tacoma SR5 TRD V6 automatic Prerunner 4 door pick up. Texas born and raised pickup means no rust. Clear Texas title. This truck runs and drives very nice and should give the new owner very nice reliable transportation for many years to come. It has just about everything except leather. Comes with a bed cover that was about a $1000 extra. The tires are in good shape and should go quite a while before needing replaced. I purchased this truck thinking diesle fuel might go up to $6-$7 a gallon. It didnt so I do not need the truck. Of course being a TRD it has all the extra trim work, hood scoop, running boards, fender flairs and the like. It has 110v power inverter built into the bed with bed liner. It has never been wrecked or abused. This is a very nice truck with No major damage to the only minor things. The end cap on drivers side board is cracked from an animal, replacement is on order and will be installed by auctions end. The front grill has a couple paint chips from rocks and bugs, I will try to have these touched up by auctions end. The drivers side seat has a little wear from getting in and out. Seat is by no means trashed. Has a small scuff on passenger side fender flair from a shopping cart. As for mechanics the truck is as solid as anyone could ever ask for it has been maintained properly since new. Everything works with two exceptions. The overhead console with the temp and compass does not light up. I have not checked into it it maybe (and problably is) as simple as a fuse. The other item has to do with the airbag light, I had it scaned and tech told me it was a spring (forgot exact name) that wears out occasionly. After scanning the light went out then returned when I made a uturn. Apparently this part wears from the turning of the stearing wheel. It is a $250 fix if new owner wants to repair it. However it causes no problems in operations so I left it as is. Just about all of this type of truck on Ebay come with a reserve so if your looking for a nice one that ABSOLUTLY WILL go to a new owner at auctions end here is your chance. Dont miss it.
