Vehicle Detail
This is a very good project car. 318 with 904 trans and 8-3/4 rear no posi. Has dual exhaust with glasspacks. Sounds like it might have a small cam. Trans shifts good. New cooper cobra tires 215/65/15 on front and 245/60/15 on back. Has 6.5" steele wheels on front 8" steele wheels on back. All of the glass in this car is nice.Grill has no dings. All of the windows roll up and down with a little patience. Could use an alignment for the tires sake but steers good. The interior in this car is in prettty good shape. Has latter model buckets that are descent. could use some carpet. Headliner was redone very well.new front door panels dashcap and package tray. cluster and steering wheel are aged. radio hole cut out for modern stereo. Car was original Beige with black around the bottom, red interior. needs a little bodywork. Does not have much rust. A couple small areas in the floor that have been fiberglassed. The bottom of the quarters and around the rear wheellips have had some previous repair.trunkfloor has no holes only surface rust. doors aint rusty but could use a little bodywork. fenders are very good have been patched. I will take some more photos of the repaired areas. Has a 66 trunklid on it. Brakes work but could be better. Needs kickdown linkage(I have the kickdown lever tied back for local driving) Has a new 600cfm Holley Carb. Leakes a little oil around the sending unit not bad. Power steering leaks(i quit putting fluid in just runs right back out at the pitman arm). I encourage interested buyers to look at it in person. while this is a very descent body it is not perfect. I drove the car 126 miles last Saturday to the Farmington Mopar show without any problems. Please ask questions if you are really interested in this car. I really like this car I just have too many right now and have my eyes on another. Its not bad but just wanted to show it.Relisted with no reserve. So if youre looking for a 67 Satallite this is about the best deal out there.
