TransAm in mint condition. Has been a California car all its life, with absolutely no rust anywhere. I've had it since 1982, so the title is clear, in my name, and for this car. It has been continually garaged. not driven in the rain, and the miles are original (it has never turned over). The 350 Chevy motor has about 10,000 miles on it, and was built by PT Performance Engineering out of Stockton. It was originally a 305 that went bad, so I had this new one built for it. Motor has a mild cam in it, roller rockers, aluminum intake and ceramic-coated headers. New exhaust. Has factory 4-wheel disc brakes, all of the options available at that time. I have the original build-sheet for it. You can look down the side of this car and it is completely straight. Custom paint is in excellent condition. The color is "Firemist Maroon". It looks maroon in the daytime, and almost purple at night. Two coats of color and three coats of clear. Pinstriping was hand-painted. There are a few chips in the paint that have been touched up. One on the leading edge of the passenger door, and a spot on the urethane front bumper. You can see them in the pictures. Interior is in excellent condition. Looks like brand-new, no rips or tears in the seats or cracks in the dash. The interior does NOT look gray, it's a deep black in person, but the camera would not take a picture that shows it. It's not faded at all; been garaged all its life. Needs a headliner because the glue has dried out and it's starting to sag. Carpet is original, but has a little wear on the front driver & passenger sides from age. Has 15 x 10 appliance fine wires. The air conditioning compressor is not on the car because it wouldn't clear the valve covers with the roller-rockers, and I just didn't go any farther with it. *Not* smogged for California.
