1946 Willys Jeep CJ-2A. This is a no reserve auction so it will sell regardless of price. The bidding will start at $1.00. It starts good, runs good, and drives good. Original 4 cylinder L-head 134 flathead engine. Good shape. Carb will need to be cleaned or put a carb kit in it (choke has to be pulled out halfway). Tranny has a slight whine when in high gear. 4x4 works good as well as the Hi-Lo Transmission. Brakes work good. Clutch works good. Needs a new speedo cable. Speedo shows 1415 miles but not sure if it works (the speedo end of the cable is frayed). Temp and Oil Pressure gauges work good. Good oil pressure. Temp stays around 160. Factory original gas tank is missing (I have a tank under the seat for gas). Original fuel pump works good. Not a lot of tread left on the tires but in good shape - Goodyear Custom Wide Tread G70-15 with nice aftermarket rims. Right windshield is cracked and left windshield is plexiglass (use it the way it is or replace it). Typical jeep rust underneath. Will need bodywork or use it the way it is. Rear bumper/hitch is missing. Tailgate in decent shape is included although not shown in pictures. No title. Sold as-is with a bill of sale. I can store for a while as long as its paid for.
