1965 Mustang GT A Code NO RESERVE!!!! This car looks nice from whichever way you look at it! I am listing this car for a relative which now lives and works out of state. The car couldn’t be taken along, and was signed over to me to give me control over selling it. I would love to buy her myself, although I have my own hotrods which this mustang is taking up the garage space for them, which is why it has to go. Details about the car: 1965 coupe, A code, auto, PS, disc brakes GT package, 3.00 rear, rebuilt engine, new brakes, tires, suspension components, flowmaster exhaust, 14”styled steel wheels, standard interior, console, modern cd/mp3 stereo system. Car has all new weather stripping, recent oil change, new tires mount and balance. The car was purchased with already more than 50% of the restoration complete. Car was already painted, base coat, clear coat, very smooth looks great! The interior was nice, had the carpet replaced, new door inner’s, door panels. The dash pad, console, seats and headliner are believed to be the original, I am posting the pictures of the inners of the seats to show how well the frames and foam are. The car also had the engine rebuilt, I was told some money was invested in it, does have a cam, aluminum intake, edelbrock carb and plenty of power. The underside was undercoated from the factory and is in nice shape. The cowl does not leak, and the toe boards and pans are original and very solid. I have done some research on this car, ran the plate and it falls right into the timeline for GT production. I did lift up the backseat and there are re enforcement pans on either side on the upper half of the rear floor pan. The car does have the original cut outs which have a small flange from being punched at the factory for the fog lamp wiring. Along with the 14” disc brakes, has the larger pot master cylinder, power steering, and personally if I were to keep it I would put A/C and you would have it all! The rear axle is a 3.00, I also verified this with the door tag, and the stamping on the rear axle tag, best I could from crawling underneath. The car runs and drives nice, all electrical works, 2 speed wipers with washer, 2 speed blower, all interior lights, all exterior lights. I like this car and it needs to go before I love it. I was asked to put it on without a reserve at a low price to get it gone, and to give everyone a chance to own and enjoy this beautiful car. JUST ADDED ANOTHER PIC FROM QUESTIONS I AM RECEIVING ABOUT THE REAR BRAKE LINE MOUNT. YES IT IS LOCATED FURTHER LEFT BETWEEN THE EXHAUST HANGER AND FRAME RAIL WHERE I HAVE READ DUAL EXHAUST CARS AND GT'S HAD IT.Recently added question: This car is power steering. All GT cars with manual steering had a 16:1 box with an HCC AT tag. ALL PS equipped cars also had a 16:1 box with an HCC AW tag. This car has that HCC AW tag and I am posting a picture of it as well. PLEASE READ: Do not bid on this car unless you plan on paying for it. I can be available to show you the car in person before you bid therefore there will not be any heartache between the buyer and seller disputing condition of the vehicle.Vehicle is a used car. It is being sold as is, where is, with no warranty expressed written or implied. Please ask all questions prior to the very end of the auction, and if you are a serious inquiry and would like to speak on the phone, send me a message and I will respond back as soon as I can. Owner of this car works shift work and at times is hard to get ahold of. I will do my best to route any questions I cannot answer myself. I do work during the day, so your question may not get answered immediately, they will be answered though to the best of my knowledge. Full Payment on this car is required in 7 full days, at the end of that time I will relist or sell to the next highest bidder. Winning bidder must make his/her deposit of 500.00 via PayPal within 24 hours, although the remaining balance must be paid in other means. If you have a very low or no score and do not contact me prior to bidding I will cancel your bid. Car is also for sale locally, as I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime. Shipping is completely up to the buyer. I will not store this car nor hold it for any length of time past that which is stated. I hope you have read the entire add and I wish you good luck bidding!!!
