1959 MGA Coupe 80,000 miles ?, Frame off restoration with 0 miles. No accidents, car has been in the family for 38 years and been in storage for 30 yrs. My brother purchased this car in 1974. He stripped and rebuilt the frame, suspension and power train. He then painted them. I bought the car from my brother in 1980. I spent four months doing the body work. I patched the inner rocker panel and replaced the outer rocker pane. I chemically stripped the car and sanded it (not the doors). Most of the car is in a heavy coat of primer. The car went into storage in 1982 and came out in March 2012. Car has not been on the road since the restoration. The MGA is located in Richland WA. The rolling chassis assembly, front suspension, rear suspension, steering assembly was taken down to bare metal and restored with frame paint. The rear axle and transmission was opened, cleaned with new seal and gasket. The engine was rebuilt cleaned and painted red. Engine was installed and started. Inside floor (frame down) had new wood installed and painted black. The engine compartment are was restored and painted white 100% finished. Outside body ,hood trunk and four fenders was chemically striped , taken down to bare metal and restored. 95% complete. All parts on the car are original to the car. There are no parts added from other vehicles. The missing parts did not get into the storage unit 30 years ago and were lost.
