Vehicle Detail
Extremely clean example of an unrestored 1974 Ranger package. The color is Ginger Metalic, I am the third owner all from the state of Missouri to the best of my knowledge the Bronco has been kept in doors all of it's life and is rust free. There has never been any body repair to the Bronco although at one time the exterior was repainted by the original owner who was a Ford dealer in southern Missouri. I have owned the Bronco for just under a year and have been very happy with it. I have owned quite a few this is the nicest one i have owned. I purchased this from another enthusiast who took very good care of the Bronco as I have. I do however drive it as much as possible and have enjoyed it greatly. It runs and drives as it should and has never been offroad . As I mentioned I drive this Bronco as much as possible and have not had the opportunity to clean it thouroughly, there is some dust on the engine compartment. Motor is a 302 with a newly rebuilt carburator and has msd ignition, I keep it in the garage and it has no oil leaks Interior is Houndstooth Ginger front and rear seats with tan carpet, it comes with a Tuffy console and a B grade stereo system as well as speakers under the rear seat, the original radio is still in the dash and operable but not hooked up to the speakers, The AC unit works but does not blow ice cold air. All guages work and the odometer is spot on. The interior seats and carpet are the original set that came with the Bronco and are in decent shape no rips or tears but if you wanted this to be a show vehicle they could be replaced. It is missing the Ranger tire cover and the dashpad was replaced by a previous owner it should be tan to match the rest of the interior. Exterior is rust free and has been repainted at one time shines up very nicely, the white rocker trim does have some chips along the edge, there is one ding in the hood that is only noticeable from a certain angle. Drivetrain is a dana 44 front with drum brakes and a 9 inch open differntialrear axle with 411 gears, transmission is an automatic C-4 and shifts smoothly. It has dual shocks at all 4 corners and a small lift to accomodate the 31x9.50x15 Superswamper tires. The chrome rims are from a later model Ford not sure exactly what year but they are in excellent shape and the rear tire matches completely. The Bronco has I believbe a 2.5 lift with springs in the front and blocks in the rear. The transer case does have a leak which I have not gotten around to fix yet but does not effect the drivability, this is normal and not an issue. I will accept cash in person or a wire transfer only as payment for the Bronco, it will remain in my possession until funds are transferred from you to me. I will not accept a cashiers check unless it is drawn from a US Bank and verified. If you are from out of town I can arrange to get the Bronco to a shipper for you if within a 50 mile radius but if you wish to come and drive it home I'm ok with that option the Bronco will make the trip effortlessly. My sale does not include any shipping costs to be incurred by me.
