Up for sale is a 1974 Volkswagen beetle. The car does run and drive. The engines is the 1600 cc and the four speed manual transmission runs and shifts though all gears. The car has front struts, which I am to understand that along with the 1600 cc engine makes it a super beetle. The odometer says 62063 miles and I do not know if this is the actual mileage. The body and interior are in bad shape. The floor of the car is rusted though in places and the body has various other rust spots. The headliner and carpeting are missing. The seats are in relatively good shape. Some small tears but they are in serviceable condition. The dashboard does not have any cracks, but it is sun-faded somewhat. The car has three new tires, but if one wanted to drive it away at highway speeds, one of the rims needs replaced. I do not have a title for the car since I bought it at an auction. There are titling companies that can help one obtain a title for a fee. These beetles can be easily restored since millions of them were made and parts can be easily obtained from ebay or companies like J. C. Whitney. Buyer will have to make all arrangements for pick up or shipping.
