Purchased from estate sale. One owner, 13000 original miles!! Everything is original, glass, paint, body, etc. Except like new tires. Has power windows, locks, tilt, cruise, premium radio, light package, and more. Very nice interior that shows like it is a year old. Body is almost perfect with only a minor, minor surface scratch on hood that wouldn't even show up in pictures. Air conditioning works and blows cold. All lights, turn signals, horn, fans, etc. work. The driver power window motor runs, but window doesn't go up and down. Probably off track. Transmission is tight and shifts properly. Under body is again like a one year old car!! No rust spots or dents or any determent to body or interior. VERY VERY NICE!! CONCERN!! Car was running 4 years ago when 92 year old owner parked in garage. She lost license and vehicle has sat since. The motor starts right up, but is loud and doesn't seem to be getting oil to top of motor. We have not ran car other than to load onto tow truck as we didn't want to cause any problems. One mechanic said it could be just an oil pump, another said it could be a stuck piston due to it sitting for so long. Nephew and neighbors verified vehicle was running and well when elderly lady parked. Should be relatively simple fix, but I am making no implied or expressed warranties. She had oil changed at 12,600 miles 4 years ago and car now has 12,800 miles so she changes the oil, drove the car for a couple hundred miles, lost license and parked. Running properly, car has value of over $9000. This is a really nice garage find on a very popular 1988 Thunderbird. No disappointments and upon inspection, you will see by the condition and little things, that the vehicle really does have only 13,000 miles!! Thank you for your interest!!
