Vehicle Detail

Vehicle is in good condition. I purchased this car from a State of Illinois auction (vehicle was owned by the Illinois State Police) for my daughter who just turned 16. I put a new starter in the vehicle and replaced the brakes and rotors all the way around the vehicle. I drove the vehicle to work a few times and the vehicle runs very good. The check engine light is on - I had Autozone check the code and the code is for a vacuum leak. I have not searched for the leak to repair the problem however the vehicle still runs fine. There is a hole in the carpet on the driver's side (wear hole from someone's heal) (see attached photo). This can easily be covered by a floor mat. There is also a small hole in the front passenger seat (see attached photo). This hole appears to be a small burn hole. Other than those two minor flaws, the interior is in very good shape. I steam cleaned the carpet and seats so the interior is very clean. I have only driven the vehicle a few times so I do not know much other history than what is listed above. The vehicle has sat in our driveway for the past few months now and it started right up on the first attempt when I checked to ensure everything is working prior to starting this listing. My wife and I decided to hold off a year on allowing our daughter to get her license which is why we decided to sell this car. There are a few rust spots on the hood from stone chips, which could easily be repaired with touch up pain (see attached photos). There is also a little rust on the trim of the doors (also easily fixed with some touch up paint) (see attached photos). Blue Book Value for this model with the mileage this car currently has is over $2,400. We have set the reserve price and buy it now price considerably below blue book value. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thank you for looking and "Happy Bidding!"
