You are bidding on an exceptionally nice 2002 E46 BMW M3 convertible. This car has 77,957 miles and has just had an oil and filter change using the manufacturer recommended Castrol oil and filter purchased at the BMW dealer. It also has a NEW set of Continental Conti-Sport tires (same as what came on it new). The tires were mounted less than 50 miles ago and the car received a 4 wheel alignment at the same time. This was done at the local BMW dealership. The car is equipped with the SMG II transmission which is a six speed manual that has a real clutch, but no clutch pedal (not like an automatic transmission that you shift manually). The shifting is actuated via paddles on the steering wheel or by using the lever between the seats. It is an excellent system and works flawlessly. This car has no mechanical issues. It runs great, shifts great and is a joy to drive. This car is all stock and unmodified. The car is a very dark blue and the top is black. The top is in excellent condition and goes up and down with the press of a button. Cosmetically the car is quite nice. There are a few minor imperfections in the finish, but they are not visible except under the closest of examination. Nothing atypical for a car of this age and it is certainly far better than most. The interior is in very good shape with just a bit of wear on the driver's seat bolster and the driver's inside door handle. I will show this in the pictures. The car looks great, inside and out. I bought this for a trip to Florida and have put about 7,000 miles on the car. It has been a great deal of fun and has been trouble free. We are selling it to fund another toy purchase...
