This is a 1991 Vanagon Westy Weekender (Non Running), 2nd owner, 2 years ago it was my daily driver for 19 years - the original 2.1L engine was rebuilt at 250K by myself, I needed to do repair work on the exhaust for inspection and while I had it removed I repaired a leak at the oil pump cover - I never reassembled the exhaust - I have no doubt the engine will run but have lost interest in pursuing repairing it - for years it was my passion to run this vehicle forever but I no longer have the time or resources. I also have a spare engine that was given to me 3 years ago along with a bunch of spare parts including an extra muffler, forward header, two computers, push rod tube, seals etc. All in included in the sale. Original canvas in good shape. Gas tank replaced in 09'. Also front blower fan is seized, needs to be replaced (replacement fan was not purchased). Other than the fan two new muffler straps will have to be replaced - the originals can't be recycled. I am selling this vehicle as is. Local pick-up only. Best to see it before bidding, unless you really know what you're getting into. The frame is sound great undercoating, there is some rust but the body has spots that should be addressed.
