1986 Ford F-150 XL Pickup Truck 3 Speed on the Column You are bidding on a 1986 Ford F-150 XL Pickup Truck. I am selling the truck mainly as a parts truck, as it has a lot of rust and it was caught in a softball size (no exaggeration) hail storm and has several large hail dings on the drivers side, visible in the picture. The truck runs and drives, but I feel that it would be better served for its parts on another F-150 repair/restoration than to use it as a driver. I have owned this truck since I bought it new in April 1986. Some of its more valuable parts: 3 Speed on the Column Transmission works great. Upon further inspection, the hood has 3 decent hail dings in it. None near an edge though and easily repairable. The actual mileage is as pictured at 116,000 and not the 111,000 as listed above. 4 extra tires probably have closer to 15,000 miles on them. Still plenty of tread left and very even wear. The topper does come with the truck. It too has hail hits on top (enough to cause a leak) and no rear window. I painted it to match the truck and it is not a Factory Ford topper, if they did make such a thing. Rubber bed mat comes with the truck. Catalytic converter was replaced probably only 2 years and 500 miles ago. Original hubcaps are in very good shape as they were only on the truck for 2 complete years and a few winters when I took the Superior chrome wheels off.
