2006 BMW 760 Li. Daily driver for my wife. Purchased at Towson BMW, DC area. Was a CPO with REALLY low miles. Was told it was purchased at the "BMW dealer only" auction that sells BMW corporate cars from executives. Monaco Blue Ext, Light Brown interior. All leather of course. Completely loaded: REAR ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGE (DVD screen folds up from rear of front-center console for rear passengers); ALL 4 heated seats; ALL 4 cooled seats (perf leather); Park Distance Control (red/yellow/green on NAV screen); 6 disk CD; heated steering wheel; Sirius Sat radio; HD radio; LOGIC 7 Sound, Comfort Access (keyless entry and driver/passenger memory of EVERYTHING; ACTIVE CRUISE CONTROL...even the refrigerator between the rear seats... And every other option you could think of. It has a NEW battery in the last few months, and NEW tires in the last 2000 miles-Michelin Pilot Sport AS (All Season)...with a 440/A/A Treadwear rating...the best tires for THIS car money can buy. It has been dealer maintained, and driven by an adult always. It WAS a CPO car, but the CPO expired due to age (not miles). IT WAS ALSO a 100K BMW Maintenance program car, so ALL maintenance dictated by BMW has been completed. It is being listed locally as well, and thru other channels. Sorry, but I cannot warranty anything on the car. Car sold as-is, where is, and no refunds will be issued. (We ARE curbing the driving of this car until sold). Mileage is accurate at the time of this listing. Due to having to "inherit" another auto, we need to trim the fleet, and since we are now 2 + maybe an extra...the big 4-door must go. $1000 deposit due within 24 hours of the auction close. Title will be delivered with car NEVER been in an accident. PERIOD. Interior is very clean. No tears or cuts, or cracks in the leather...all floor mats are nice. No wood cracking/drying. Car runs great. Nice and strong, quiet and reliable. ONE small dent in drivers door (shopping cart), and the usual wear/tear. No surprises. Just understand this was a daily driver, but well taken care of. A great starter car for someone that has discipline with the right foot...as this thing has 444 HP and will easily do the governed 155 MPH all day long given enough straight, smooth road. On Mar-30-12 at 17:17:13 PDT, seller added the following information: NOTE: I ALSO HAVE A CERTIFICATE FOR GOODS AND SERVICES FOR $1,500 redeemable ONLY at Towson BMW (DC area)...$300 at a time. This is a result of a Bankruptcy/screwed up situation with a "Tires for Life" contract that came with the car. The company that sold those contracts went Bankrupt, and Towson was co-named in the proceedings. So to make their customers happy, they came up with some type of re-imbursement... I cannot guarantee how they will work the logistics, but the language is pretty simple on the certificate...and if I lived in the DC area, it is a valid document worth $1,500 in parts/labor. I called the dealer, and it was confirmed...but they were trying to work out the kinks (what to do when the car travels away from DC is a good example). I will do my best Saturday to see the dealer has figured out.
