Up for sale today is a traditionally styled 1940 Ford Standard Tudor Sedan. This car has been owned by me for the past seven years and has been virtually trouble free every inch of the way. The car runs, drives and stops great and never overheats even in the boiling Fresno Summer. The car is however not perfect, it does need some bodywork and the hood latch to be installed (the parts are included) before it recieves a coat of paint or leave it as is and you would still be cruisin' in style. It's powered by a great running 350 SBC backed by a TH350 with a tall Lokar shifter. The car has a newer pair of Jet-Hot coated fenderwell headers and dual exhaust with a pair of Flowmaster mufflers. The mid 50's Olds rear-end is hung by a pair of ladder bars and has drilled backing plates. The front end has a dropped axle and has been fitted with a set of disc brakes. The tires are bias ply Coker Classic's and have plenty of tread for miles and miles of Cruising this fast approaching Summer. The stainless trim on the side of the car has been filled for a clean look and a set of '59 Cadillac tail lights have been Frenched into the rear. This is no Rat Rod, this car was built to take Racing at the annual HAMB Drags but is still right at home at shows like Billetproof or Viva Las Vegas. The car also features a '40 Pickup grille for a unique look that has been modified to accept a license plate or your club plaque. The car comes with a small mountain of parts including a brand new set of Bob Drake door window regulators, a 1/4 hood incase you want to show off the engine, a set of '39 Ford Standard headlights and a '40 Standard grill.
