1995 Honda Gold Wing

Here is a 1995 Honda Goldwing SE 1500 repairable with 58,000 miles needs tranni work or drive it the way it is,Fourth gear and reverse dont work,Sounds like the tranni is making a little grinding noise while its running like the starter is dragging,When the clutch pulls in seems to stop making the noise or most of the noise goes away,Drives down the road great,It was tipped over in the driveway on the left side damaging the windjammer and signal,Windsheild is cracked,Small door on the left side about six inches by six inches is missing.Brakes work,Radio works,Selling as is,It may sell locally. Not sure the cost to repair the bike and we havent brought it to any repair shops either,Not looking to bring it anywhere either we are selling it on ebay and if you want to contact your local shop thats best,Not interested in any feedback about what they tell you either Thanks.
