You are bidding on a used 1993 Jeep Cherokee Country 4x4. I have owned this vehicle since 2008 and it has been an extremely reliable everyday vehicle. In the time that I have owned it, it has not had any mechanical failure. Any parts that I have put into it has been only for maintenance reasons. The vehicle is metallic green with light gold two tone. I purchased the vehicle from northern illinois so it has quite a bit of rust on the rockers and floor but someone has patched a couple of places in the floor with new metal. There is very light front end damage seen in picture, there is damage to the turn signal light, grill, and bumper. This damage has been there since I have owed it and does not affect use of the vehicle. There is no structural damage as far as I have ever been able to tell. Someone has replaced the right fender at some time, and replaced it with a black fender, I always meant to have the fender painted but it never bothered me enough to get it done. Hood has some light hail damage and roof has some sun fading. There is a small area on the tailgate that someone has repaired at some point and the filler is starting to crack. Tires on vehicle are in decent condition, but it is something you may want to replace in the next year or so. Mechanically this vehicle is very durable, I drive it on daily basis on long trips and never have had any mechanical issues. This a cherokee country so it was built for power and towing. It is geared lower for power and has larger diameter brakes than the standard cherokees for better towing capabilities. I use it to haul my boat frequently, power and stopping has never been an issue. I would recommend this truck if you were looking to make a rock crawler out of it or a good,safe vehicle for a for your teenagers first car. Some of the new parts are a new radiator when I purchased it in 08. Since then I have replaced the starter, battery, most belts and hoses.We have recently have replaced the muffler and tailpipe, rotors, wheel cylinders, brakes, new u joints for the 4 wheel drive. I have tried to list all the issues with the vehicle that I am aware of, with that being said I completely trust this vehicle to drive everyday. I have no reason to believe that this truck will not last for years to come. The engine that is in this vehicle is the high output 4.0 liter inline 6 cylinder. It is one of the best engines ever made, it has been proven to last several hundred thousand miles with proper maitenance. Also this vehicle has power windows and locks,tilt, and cruise.
