If you have been looking for a beautiful example of a Volvo 240 sedan that has been well cared for and very well maintained then you are going to love my 1993 model that looks great inside and out and drives as nice as it looks. This Volvo is in excellent condition inside and out and really needs to be seen in person to appreciate how clean it really is. As always I have done an Autocheck report and there are no accidents or problems. Because of the age I have to sell the car with exempt miles so I can not guarantee the correct miles. The odometer shows 99k miles and it works. The car looks like it has 75k miles on it and drives that nice and I have lot's of service records as well. It drives very smooth with no shakes or rattles and is nice and tight as well. The engine has a recent tune-up and the timing belt was changed 15k miles ago. The engine runs smooth with no smoke or problems and is very quiet. The exhaust is new as well as are the tires. These 240's are getting harder and harder to find so to find one in this shape is rare. This one is in about as nice a shape as you could hope for, it's not perfect and it is not restored but for an original 1993 240 is is VERY clean. The exterior looks great and the paint looks to be all original with a nice shine. There are a couple small door dings and on the right front fender there is a small blemish area that I took a picture of. There is no rust to speak of but if you look hard enough I'm sure you could find something somewhere, the underneath looks very clean and not rusted out or beat up. The exhaust from the center back is new. The tires are new all around and all the trim in in very nice shape as well, the black has been repainted to look nice. The interior is spotless and looks near new, everywhere! The seats are nice and soft and look as nice in person as the pictures show. There are no cracks on the dash or door panels and not even any fade, obviously garaged. This is also a non-smoker's car so it is still very fresh inside. All the power options seem to work great including the ice cold air conditioning and there is also a Cd stereo with kenwood speakers that sounds nice. There are no service lights on either. This is a very nice, all original Volvo 240 that looks as nice as it drives and has no issues. Once around the block you will agree that this is one of those nice ones and your sure to fall in love and being a 240 Volvo, you will be in love for a long, long time! According to Florida law, if an out of state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the state of Florida I am obligated as a licensed dealer to collect sales tax at a rate equal to the purchasers state sales tax and not to exceed 6%. The purchaser will then be given a notarized reciept proving tax paid to present to their tax collectors office for sales tax credit and will NOT be charged twice. Any additional fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not apply to vehicles shipped out of state, only ones picked up in Florida. There is NO sales tax collected for out of the country purchases. Buyer assumes the cost of shipping.
