UPDATE 3/17/2012 - I was looking at the car today and did find a spot where their was some small bubble. I have attached a picture as one of the pictures i think was just something in the paint. UPDATE 3/13/2012 - Many of you have emailed asking for additional pictures and questions. I have added pictures and have answers to your questions. 1) Frame Rails - They are solid and look good. 2) Paint Bubbling - yes found a spot were there is a bubble in the paint. 3) Rust underneath - Small spot inside of wheel wells where you usually see it on any car 40 years old but it has protective coating sprayed over it. Over all the car looks great underneath. 3) Working Gauges - all work but amp gauge flickers once in a while and yes the door buzzer works. 4)Cuda - Yes its a real BS Code Cuda, not a Barracuda. 5) Quality - I have this car at no reserve and starting bid at $20K so im practiclly give it away so its not a Barret and Jackson car. Its a great driver perfect for cruise nights and local car shows. Guys this is a good Cuda and a big attention getter so it you dont like getting thumbs up and lots of attention this car isnt for you. Come by and see it for yourself!!! I have sold many cars and have 100% feedback for a reason, i'm honest and will not hide anything. This is a solid BS CUDA 440/486HP that does have the fender tag and shows to be an high option car. The car was also a rear defrost car which is rare. NO RESERVE MOTOR DETAILS Rebuilt 440 motor with “Aluminum Heads” Keith Black 237 pistons 10:25:1 compression Stealth aluminum heads 2.14/1.81 valves Comp Cam and Lifters 296/511 Polished 1971 steel crank New Carb New Coil New Flex Fan Much, much more….. TRANSMISSION Rebuilt 2500 Stall Converter Shift Kit INTERIOR New Headliner New Carpet Seats in great condition Dash Cover Wrapped shifter plate in carbon fiber. EXTERIOR New Paint (Electric Green)Not a $10,000 paint job but still good quality. New chrome Side Mirrors Painted bumpers Black 440 billboard REAR END Cuda has a posi unit with i think 410 gears. Also has another limited slip unit with 323 gears that go with it as well. Car looks really great and even though the green isnt an original mopar green it gets a ton of attention and in my opinion looks better than a sassy grass or sublime green. It looks a lot like the new challenger 2010 green We had it at a show last week and it got a ton of positive feedback on the color, people really liked it!! I have driven this car on long trips and it runs great and runs cool as well, no overheating at all!! This car has a brand new carb but probably needs adjust or set correctly. Runs good now but needs the manual choke installed (i do have it) and adjustment. I dont like to pretend i know what im doing and then end up messing something up so i leave it to someone that knows what they are doing. I put on the carb, set the idle and timing and thats it. Also the door buzzer works but the dome light doesnt come on and wipers dont work, the rear main seal has a small drip but other than that its good to go!! I also just took the Cuda to a muffler shop yesterday and had a brand new exhaust put on it (from the headers all the way out the back 2 1/2 inch) with flow Master 40 series mufflers, sounds great. This Cuda is also very fast, would not recommend it AT ALL if your a father looking for a car for your young son, this car is reliable but if your not careful it will hurt you. The pictures dont do the car justice and were done on a camera phone so that didnt help either. I recommend that you come out and look at it in person. If you have any questions please call 618.558.1200 and ask for Ron. Thanks, take care and God Bless!! I also wanted to add that it does have a small chip on the edge of the hood, the chip is small and i touched it up but wanted to describe everything the best i can.
