Ok folks I am offering up for sale my 1970 Buick Estate wagon. It has 47k original miles. Purchased from second owner in California. He bought it in 1972. Original California car. Still has California blue/yellow plates. Here are the details: 1970 Buick Estate Wagon - 455ci 4V (7.5 Liter) 510 ft lbs of torque 370hp (probably more) - Automatic transmission – Shifts smooth and was serviced and a new kit was installed in 2008. - Posi-traction rear end – No unusual sounds - Power disc brakes – Stop on a dime. New master cylinder in 2008 - Vinyl roof - Woodgrain - 9 passenger seating - No roof rack - Remote driver's outside mirror - Power windows – All work fine - Power seat – Works fine - Power locks – Work intermittently - Air conditioning – Checked and converted to R134A in 2008. Currently blows, but needs a charge. - Tilt steering column - Cruise control - Working - Two-way tailgate – Works fine - AM/FM radio – Works - 8 track tape player – Works fine if you have the tapes. I have the original 1972 title signed by the previous owner. I also have the original manuals for the car as well. According the previous owner, he drove the car into storage in 1990 and closed the door. Around 2008, he was going to have it towed away, but decided to bring try bringing it back to life. Overall, the car is in good condition for its age. I have not found any significant rust on the car. It does have a dent in the right front door and left rear quarter panel. The tires, although purchased in 2008, are new. They have around 1000 miles on them and show now real wear or cracking. The radiator, water pump, belts, hoses and thermostat were replaced in 2008. The muffler appears new. I have not seen any holes in the exhaust system. All of the headlights work except one. The left tail light/brake light/turn signal do not. Cornering lamps are not working. Windshield wipers work fine. All dash lights work fine. Map light on rearview mirror does not work. The front inerior light works fine. The one over the rear door is not working. Seats are in excellent shape. The headliner has some tears. Bumpers are still in good shape with no pitting. The front bumper has a small dent about the size of a quarter on the right side. All glass is good. All wheel covers are in excellent condition. The engine runs smooth and quiet. It could use some fine tuning and needs to be driven from time in storage. The car drives and tracks smoothly down the highway. To cruise at 95mph seems effortless for the old girl. The car is missing the front emblem on the grill, a reflector on the tailgate, and a piece of trim that along the right side of the windshield. You can view the photos below.
