1983 Honda CB

I am selling my Blue 1983 Honda CB1100F CB 1100 F. This is a very rare 1 year only motorcycle. The Blue model is the hardest to find. This bike runs perfect and everything works. The bike only has 20,857 miles. I bought this bike from the original owner who had it stored for a long time. The bike is in excellent shape for its age. Please read entire ad before bidding. Engine: The bike starts and runs perfectly. The carburetors were just ultrasonically cleaned, new fuel lines, new spark plugs, new pod air filters, new battery and I just changed the oil and filter in it. The bike rides real nice and shifts through the gears perfectly. The bike has a 4 into 1 Kerker system K2S exhaust on it and it sounds great, oil changes are no problem. The bike still has the center stand which is rare. The carburetors have been jetted and the pod filters add to the setup. The bike had loads of power. I do not have any of the stock parts. Body: The bike is in excellent original condition. The paint is in great shape as you can see. The gas tank has a few minor scratches on it I pointed out in the pictures. There is a small small ding on the right side of the tank which is almost impossible to notice, it took me a few weeks to even notice it and again I pointed out in pictures. The inside of the tank is clean. The headlight fairing has some scratches / scrapes on the right side. The seat is in great shape but it does have a few areas where it is starting to pull away from the seams (see picture). The directionals are not original, but they look and work great. I will include the original directionals but like always the rubber stems are dried out and broken. There is a little rust on some of the black parts on the bike such as the handlebars, normal for this bike. The chrome parts are a little pitted as well. Overall the bike looks great and it does get a lot of attention. This is not a museum piece. The bike is in above average condition but still has scratches and scuffs that you would find on any bike of this age. Examine pictures for condition. Chassis: The bike rides nice. The brakes work great, the front calipers were cleaned and rebuilt with new seals; the rear brakes were cleaned and rebuilt as well. The tires are old but you may be able to squeeze another season out of them, I recommend replacing. The bike will need new fork seals, they are leaking. Accessories: The bike comes with a backrest, a set of front brake pads and some literature that stayed with the bike since new. The bike comes with the original sales brochure and a copy of cycle magazine from 1983 which includes an 1100 comparison and features the CB1100F. V.I.N. The bike is sold with the original Mass title it shows .3 miles on it. The bike is SOLD AS IS no warranty. Buyer must contact me within 24hrs of auctions end.
