Brakes need attention, as any brakes would from not being used regularly in several years. The brake pedal is soft and will not lock the wheels (or engage ABS) as it should do in a panic stop, and the fluid is leaking out somewhere. Absolutely beautiful interiorTwo sets of wheels and tires included (upgraded newer Cadillac wheels on the car with tires, and also the original wheels also with tires on them) Electric power front seats -- both driver-side and passenger side are electric and very comfortableFreezing COLD Air Conditioning Original Jack & Unused Original Spare Tire/Wheel included with Original Lug Wrench Numbers Matching Original EngineNumbers Matching Original Transmission Doesn't leak oil on the groundDoesn't overheatRuns SmoothlyTransmission shifts perfectlyIncludes original books (Owner's Manuals)Includes partial maintenance recordsIncludes partial ownership documentation history Includes car fax printed report from 2010 Clean and clear title in-handThe Certificate of Title is in our family name and if you lose it it can be replaced for a fee Tires are old from long-term storage. They appear usable upon casual inspection from 1 foot away, but if your eyes right up close to them 3 inches away you see they have miniscule dry cracks. For liability purposes, I can't recommend you use them. But, personally, I would use them as they are, or perhaps switch to the other set of tires included (which are in better condition). The ones on the car now are 8 years old or so. I think the Department of Transportation recommends using tires no older than 6 years old. Florida is hot so tires age faster than in colder states. Lauderdale Airport, and 12 minutes to West Palm. The zip code is 33414. Wellington is an upscale world-recognized equestrian community near Palm Beach, FL.Free courtesy airport pickup from West Palm Beach International (PBI), Ft. Lauderdale International (FLL) and Miami International Airport (MIA) for those who wish to fly in and drive home (after getting brakes worked on, etc.). Also, courtesy car transport coordination is available to anywhere in the world through a preferred discounted shipping agent. Email thru eBay me for transport quote instructions...you'd be surprised how inexpensive it is to move a car across the country or world when you use the right channels who are working on repeat businessIf you contact me before the auction end about transport, I may offer to contribute to your transport costs as just a sign of good faith and well wishes...I want the car to go to someone who will appreciate it even if it's going far away.I am willing to entertain/receive outright offers for purchase before auction ends if that is more your style vs. bidding -- send me an offer through the eBay messaging system. I do not have a specific Buy-It-Now price in mind, but when I hear an adequate offer I may accept it, or I will simply wait for the auction to run its courseGetting to know me, your seller: I let you know all of the following not to somehow impress you (not that it necessarily would), but rather only to convey that I have a reputation to uphold. I believe that is important information for a buyer to know. I am in my late-30s. I am a serious fellow and there is nothing being intentionally hidden about this Cadillac, as so many people do in ads, descriptions and auctions. You don't get 100% positive feedback over 13 years of registration by hiding things. If there is something you should know about the car of which I am aware, it's available to you in the auction. I have gone out of my way by shooting hundreds of photos not just of every imaginable angle, but also in multiple lighting conditions, even multiple cameras, and I did a number of videos -- by doing this you don't have to rely on a seller's "interpretation" of characteristics of the car, but instead you can draw your own conclusions from what you see. My goal is that if you use everything I provide to you, you get a far more thorough demonstration of the car than if you came to see a car in person. I have also gone out of my way to make sure people are satisfied. I work hard to make sure I get specific positive feedback comments; I don't take it lightly, and it means a lot to me. I look forward to getting to know you if you'd like me to (or if you'd like to buy the Cadillac without me getting to know you, that's OK too!)! Use the combination of the photos, videos and text for full disclosure, with more emphasis on the photos and video as the description is clearly not intended to be exhaustive or definitive. As eBay says, a single picture is worth a thousand words. eBay strongly recommends the best practice of providing as many photos as possible and letting the photos do the talking, rather than trying to describe in words what can be seen in a photo or trying to recreate in words what already is in provided photos. That said, I still give you my impression of the Cadillac and some casual observations of its characteristics and features, however, again, these are not to be considered definitive or absolute. Rather, you have photographs and video at your disposal to draw your own conclusions. It has been several years that this car has been in long-term storage and many years since it was actively used. With a good battery it started up without doing anything to it. It hasn't been examined with a professional eye which in fact should be done for safety checks before you drive it on the street and rely on it. I have been registered on eBay 13 years and have 100% positive feedback. If your impression of a picture/video or conclusion drawn from what you see differs from what I've written or said, then your opinion should govern your opinion and not what I've written or said. If you have any questions, message me through the eBay messaging system, which eBay indicates is always the preferred method of communication. I will answer promptly. My mother is elderly and no longer drives and has asked me to sell this car for her because she sees it as simply an unnecessary asset. As you will see when you receive the title, it has been in our family for a long time evidenced by the "issue date" on the title -- it was not just a recent acquisition. This is an exceptionally beautiful car in so many ways: not just because it's a Concours Edition and the extra features it has (such vanity mirrors in the rear, etc.), but also because the body is just in nearly flawless original and untouched condition and the interior is in unusually good condition. I wish the new owner of this really nice 18+ year old car unlimited and unending happiness with his or her new car, and hope it goes to someone who appreciates it.AUCTION RULES: Full payment is due within within 7 calendar days of auction ending by either cash in-person to be transacted at a bank during banking hours or bank wire transfer only. (Once you receive a fraudulent cashier's check from a buyer, you'll never accept another one either!) If you insist on using a check, the check may only be drawn from a bank with a South Florida branch and it will be made out to your name where you will then convert it into cash in front of me or my representative before paying. If you don't do this you'll have to wait a minimum of 6 weeks for the check to fully clear and you will incur unavoidable storage charges. If you pay by cash in-person, I will meet you in a local branch to accept the cash and it will be deposited immediately and obviously the bank teller will check each currency note for legitimacy. Pickup is also due within 14 calendar days, and may not occur until funds have cleared. Storage for the first 14 days is 100% FREE. There is a storage charge of $350/week beyond 14 days, and is limited to 2 extra weeks (for a total of 4 weeks of storage). If you want to avoid any of these storage fees but can't pick up the car for an extended period, even for months, I can set you up with a public storage unit under your name, put the car in there and FedEx you the keys, title, etc., as long as you have paid in advance. You must read the entire auction description, follow the rules, and study each picture and video fully. I do not offer any kind of a warranty on anything that I sell, ever, as a matter of personal philosophy -- this Cadillac is As Is with no warranty. You get the car as pictured, captured in the video, and described, a clean a clear title, anything mounted on the car as pictured or inside the car (such as owner's manuals, jack, radio, etc.), and two complete sets of keys (both with universal key and valet key) including two genuine Cadillac factory remote control key fobs. no reserve -- no reserve -- no reserveThe following slideshow automatically displays the first 100 of the 508 available pictures in the album. To view the remainder of them, and to be able to zoom in, etc., on the bottom right of the slideshow window right-click your mouse near where it says "View all" and then select "Open in new window" or "Open in new tab." That will keep this auction page open while you are viewing the pictures in a separate web browser window or tab: On Mar-09-12 at 18:19:42 PST, seller added the following information: The following movie is important to recreate the experience of seeing and experiencing the Cadillac in person. It's a great car and I want you to really see, hear, and "feel" the car as much as possible... In the video immediately below, I walk around the car to give you various perspectives on it, demonstrate doors, windows, automatic remote "trunk" latch, automatic close, engine, starting, engine close up, etc., and finally give a road demonstration. The video is about 15-minutes long. Once the video starts to play, feel free to click the button at the bottom-right corner of the embedded video window to watch it full-screen and then click your Esc (escape) key on the top-left of your keyboard to return to the eBay listing for the Cadillac. So here's the video: On Mar-11-12 at 16:13:28 PDT, seller added the following information: All four extra (original) Cadillac wheels and tires have been placed neatly and securely in the trunk for transport. All four center caps are included with the wheels. The tires on these original wheels are in great looking shape. Here is a photo album slideshow dedicated to these wheels and tires:
