1968 Chevelle SS 396. Original engine and transmission (matching numbers). Automatic (turbo 400), factory AC, factory tach, original manual and POP card. A true Calif. Muscle Car. This muscle car has been in my family since it was purchased on Feb 2nd, 1968. It was built in Fremont, Ca and has stayed here in the central valley of Ca. ever since. It has NOT been stored in snow or near the ocean. It holds the original 396 engine with matching original turbo 400 auto transmission and Holly carb. Only 264 miles on rebuilt engine and transmission, new paint, new vinyl roof, new headliner, new radiator, stock exhaust, electronic ignition, original spare rim and jack. The interior upholstery is in good shape, the headliner, dash pad and deck cover are new. It has a factory installed tach in the dash which is a rare option and hard to find. The car has factory air but the compressor is not installed at this time. Sale includes "Block-It Evolution" car cover, original air cleaner, SS 396 steering wheel and misc. spare parts and manuals.
