I have owned this car since 2002 (hard to believe myself) and yet I have put on very few miles in that time. I have done quite a bit of work to it over the years, but for the last 5 years it has basically been sitting as I have been working on it. The paint job that it has saw it sit in a body shop for 2 years. But for that, the paint is just about perfect. I can not find any flaws. So, in that time I bought myself a 2001 turbo and have been enjoying that instead. Now this car is close to complete and I have lost interest in ownership. It still needs to be completed with 100 little things done to it. The motor has been rebuilt with about 100 miles on it at this point. Same with the transmission. The paint job is fresh and it has new rubber on just about every seal on the car including all of the windows. The windshield is brand new. All of the body panels were pulled off of the car for the paint job and all of the glass was removed. The car was completely stripped of the original paint before the new paint was applied. The biggest things left to do on the car are in the interior. It needs a new headliner and all the parts just put back in place. As the winter progresses I had planned to do all of that, but it is no longer a labor of love as it had been in the past. It has an electromotive system driving the electronic fuel injection and that can use better tuning. It had the electromotive setup on the motor prior to being pulled apart, but I must not have installed the right tune becuase it runs better cold than warm. It does run and drive great. Just some tweaking to make it better. I have about 4 or 5 tubs of parts that go with the car that are not shown in the pictures. Most of the parts are from the interior.
