!983 Chevrolet Malibu Classic. I am the second owner of this car. Purchased it in 1986. Has over 200,000 miles on it and the engine will need to be rebuilt. It will run enough to move it, but has valve train issues-at least 1 lifter does not work. Body is pretty good. Repainted in 2003. Cooper Cobra 60 series tires with less than 3000 miles. 60/40 front seat. Air cond, which will need a new compressor. Sony CD player. Turbo 350 Automatic. Windsheild has some cracks. Interior is good, except the headliner, which is stapled up because the foam backing is deteriorated. This car was used daily till 2006, when the engine problem developed. It is with mixed feelings I am listing this, as I don't want to sell it, but don't have the energy to fix it. If i don't sell, i will probably fix it at some point. I liked this car from the minute i first saw it. It's a Classic Solid car that needs to be restored. Apologies for the pic quality-low ceiling and flourescent lights make pics a problem. Also, car has been in my barn for 5 years on a gravel road, so its dusty.
