(a $1000 value, tough to change, and all vehicles will require one sooner or later!)& More!!! ALL ABOUT THIS VEHICLE There are many wheelchair vans on ebay. How many of them have driver controls? How many of them have a brand new heater core? This is the van to get you independent and back into life. It has plenty of room. This van was previously owned by a wheelchair bound gentleman. He had it serviced regulary, and kept it looking good. His was routine was transferring from his manual or electric wheelchair to the driver's seat. He drove it to his destinations as needed and couldn't say enough about how much he appreciated this vehicle. This van is built tough, and the lift can handle a lot of weight....like a 500 lbs electric wheelchair and a 200lbs plus person is no problem. The seats are comfortable. Overall, it is a nice dependable driver. The only thing this needs is some sensors replaced (ABS and MAF....a local shop quoted me around $250), but that was not a requirement for the last inspection, so I didn't do it. The van has a few scuffs, but no exterior body rust....it takes up a shine really well. The interior has some rub points where the electric chair has swung out to. This is from wheelchair to driver's seat transfer....it gives you an idea of how far out the seat swings to accomodate you. At the low price this is going for, don't expect a perfect vehicle....it is transportation. You are getting a good core vehicle you can service to your standards. We bought this vehicle in October 2011 with the intention of keeping it for a long time. We drove it for about 4 months, gave it a tune up, and replaced the heater core. While we were getting it worked on, another van was made available to us. So now we have 2 wheelchair vans, and 1 has to go. We don't use this van, but folks....this starts right up every time, even after periods of non use. My handicapped son is 6'1". For him being a little taller, he preferred the other van. For everything else, the pictures should say everything. However, if there is anything I missed, please send me an inquiry.
