This is a local car. The body on the car has never been altered and it is perfectly straight. The car has been stored in a special built room kept at 70 degrees year round since it was completed in 2008. It was a 3 year build. It has 1207 miles since then and has only been out to go to car shows where it placed every time out. The body has no rust and no filler at all; it is solid. The build was a complete Frame-Off, rotisserie restoration. The frame & body were completely blasted with aluminum oxide. The frame was primed with epoxy and finish coated with urethane Graphite color. The interior was custom built in Mooresville, N.C. by Hot Rod Interiors by Chuck. It is solid leather with imported German carpet and floor mats. It has Dakota Digital Dash, billet aluminum interior trim, power windows & seats, and all new tinted glass. It also has an inside hood release. The engine was custom built by L.R. Newman who is a local high performance engine specialist. It is a strong running Chevy 350 with approximately 400-425 horsepower. It has aluminum heads, a Comp Cam 560 valve lift and 286 Tappet Lift, Pro Billet Distributor, MSD ignition, Chevy mini starter, Moroso 8 quart oil pan, 650 Dual Line Holley, Patriot coated headers, serpentine belt set up, aluminum radiator w/Black Magic electric fan, and a stainless grill. It has Edelbrock valve covers, intake, and breather (polished aluminum). The transmission is a Richmond T10 4-speed with a Zoom hydraulic clutch, Hayes flywheel, scatter shield, and a custom built balanced drive shaft with safety loops. It has a cross 4-link suspension with a Ford 9” rear end with 370 gears with Detroit locker. It has chrome link rods and chrome springs. It also has 4-wheel power disc brakes and Boyd Coddington wheels (17x8 fronts and 20x10 rears)
