Vehicle Detail
I am the third owner of this truck. It was originally from Alabama then the second owner was in Georgia. I searched for a classic bronco for about a year and a half from California to Virginia before finding this one an hour from our house. It is not a "show" truck but is all there and very solid and VERY nice! My wife and I took it to a lot of the car shows around here this past summer and it defiantly got a lot of attention and drew a crowd. Seems like everytime I drove it I would have people taking pictures and asking about it. It is a 1977 Ford Bronco sport with the original hard top and 302 motor with the 3 speed automatic transmission with a shift kit. It has a 3.5" lift with the hoops and dual shocks, 33" General all terrain tires with 15" Mickey Thompson bullet hole wheels, flush mounted gas tank lids, power steering, power brakes, posi traction rear end, Currie axles, Disk front brakes with drums in the rear, All the weather stripping has been replaced, Smitty Built bumper front and rear. I'm sure I'm forgetting somethin. The motor, transmission, transfer case, 4wd, & gauges all work fine the only issues I have had was the cd player quit working & when I had the transmission serviced this past fall it seems like it really has to be warm for it to shift out of first gear smoothly. I talked to shop & they said there was probably a ring or something not sealing right but I was going to take it back this spring. When I had the service I had the oil changed, new airfilter, new front & rear main seal, changed the fluid in both diffs, full transmission service, transfercase rebuilt (gaskets), new speedo cable, new silcone radiator hoses, new brakes last spring as well as new master cylinder.. . . I love this truck but I'm just looking for another toy.
