I am the original non-smoking owner of this perfect condition SRX. The wheels dont have a scratch, the interior is perfect and the exterior is perfect also. I am selling this vehicle as my wife never got used to driving a SUV and wants a car again. It currently has a very low cost lease as I put a nice deposit down and used some GM credit. The lease has 32 months remaining at only $369/month + tax (in PA the tax is added to this payment for a payment of $402.21. I believe if you were to transfer it to another State, you would pay the tax corresponding to their tax rules for leases). Ther is a lease transfer fee of $595 that we could split. Your credit would need to be approved by the leasing company. The other option is to buy out the lease. The payoff is $30,800 and if the bid ends below that amount, I will pay the difference. It has the Bose sound system, XM radio and IPOD integration. Onstar with turn by turn navigation is installed. The service remains until July then a fee applies. I have installed the factory GM splash guards and all-season floor mats. It has the full factory bumper to bumper warranty until July 2015. It also has free dealer service until that time also. It has always been dealer maintained. Exterior Color: Radiant Silver Metallic, Interior Color: Ebony Terms of Sale Deposit - The successful high bidder will submit a $750 non-refundable deposit, via Paypal, within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Payment – Wire transfer is required directly to my credit union or to the lending institution. All funds must be in US dollars only. I have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles have some small imperfections inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection fees. Shipping - The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, I will gladly cooperate. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after pickup. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is picked up by the shipping company. Warranty - Manufacturer's warranties still apply. Bidder Notice I reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Bid Retractions - Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Negative Feedback Bidders - I do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email me prior to bidding. Successful Bidder - The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact us within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
