2004 VW Jetta GLS TDI Wagon, 108k miles, silver with grey cloth interior. 35-42mpg arround town daily use. 42-52 mpg hwy and freeway use. Up to 700 miles on a tank of 14 gal. Engine: 1.9l 4 cyl turbo diesel direct injected intercooled with PD technology. 100hp and 180 torque@ 1800rpm. Transmission: 5 speed automatic tiptronic with manul shift override, in 5th gear at 80mph sits at 2500 rpm. 120mph max speed. Options: GLS package with 15" alloy wheels, Continetal tires matching set, roof rack with bars, 4 wheel disk brakes ABS, ESP traction control, 6 airbags with seatbelt pretensioners, Monsoon audio system with CD RADIO Cassette, many estras. 2004-05 TDi models are much more improved from the prev years 2000-03 tdi auto when it comes to noise, diesel feel and smell and also economy with auto transmission. This model year TDI is smooth running like gas cars, more economical due to a 5 speed tiptronic transmission, a lot more powerfull, and less maintenance due to 100k interval vs 50k on the old ones. Condition: clean inside and outside, no rust on the body, engine runs great, starts quick, transmission shifts nice and smooth. Interior is clean and has normal wear for the age and miles, everything works: all power windows, all power locks, all lights, all switches. Paint is glossy with normal wear: few parking dings and scratches hard to notice. Tires have about 70-80% tread left; brakes have about 80% life. Just replaced engine oil and filter, transmission fluid, new air filter and fuel filter. I have checked all the components on the car fron the front axle to the rear axle and eveything is in good shape and working condition. I also checked the electronics and no Faults or DTC's are present. The timing belt kit with water pump was just replaced. The car has maintenance done good for another 100k miles. I have replaced the rear gate and rear bumper with original units same color as the car itself. I had the car inspected by the GA DMV and they issued a Rebuild Title. I have the title on hand ready to be registered. I have sold several of these Jetta with rebuild title in most of the 50 states with no issues.
