Hello For your consideration is this beautifully restored 1967 Mustang Convertible. We are Smith Bros. Hot Rods & Classics located in Marion, Ohio. A small group of car guys dedicated to building and restoring classic cars & hot rods. Starting with the Engine and drive train. We have a very heathly and fresh 289 cubic inch small block V8 putting out somewhere in the 300 hp range. The engine has a very nice thumping cam shaft, new Edelbrock 600 cfm 4 barrel carburetor with electric choke, new internal components, radiator, dual exhaust system with headers and Flowmaster mufflers and lots of chrome & billet goodies. The transmission is the Tremmec TKO 5 speed manual with overdrive. It's really a neat conversion and a whole lot of fun to drive . The engine & transmission work very well together and with the overdrive does pretty well with fuel mileage. The interior is very nice, done in two tone blue with new seat covers, door panels, floor mats carpet, kick panels with speakers and new stereo. All gauges, interior lights and switches as well as the power top work as they should. Wheels & tires: The wheels are a 5 Spoke 17" x 8" rear and 17" x 7" front. Showwheel Streeters mounted on Goodyear F1 directional radials This combination really sets the car off. The body is lazer straight and the paint is beautiful and done in PPG's base coat clear coat system then rubbed to a deep gloss. The car has many new parts which include, windshield, outside mirror, door handles, bumpers, tail lights, power convertible top, parade boot, door & trunk locks, front grille, rocker moldings, weather strips, window fuzzies, backup lights, front and rear shocks, brakes, belts and hoses and much more. If the car needed it then it got it. Many dollars spent on this car and it shows we paid alot of attention to the details.
