fastgast57 Store 1967 Ford Camper Special-No Rust-Exceptional Project Truck Due to time and money my baby has to go. I drove this truck as a daily driver for several months and it's very dependable. It look a long time to find one this straight and rust free. It had been sitting as it was a estate deal and you know what happens to FE motors when they sit, it took many hours and 8 push rods and 4 lifters to get her going. It's a 352 motor and now runs very smooth and solid, the trans was rebuilt at 78,000 miles and works great. Like I said there no rust anywhere so it would be a matter of replacing rubber components and paint to make this bump side sharp. The wiring is all original and not messed up, the only issues I know of is the fuel gauge don't work, radio's junk, and I noticed a little leakage on the brake master cylinder. We replaced the front & rear brake shoes and 1 rear wheel cylinder 400 miles ago. It gets 15 mpg around town. I removed the inside the cab tank and install bucket seats. We flipped the rear shackles and cut the front spring to lower it and all the holes for the side trim and hood have been welded. The only bondo work left on that is final block sanding and primer.
