Ford Sunliner. 300hp 352. Vehicle has been sitting for quite a while. My son purchased this vehicle to make a rat rod out of it but got transferred with his job and will not be able to enjoy this project. The body is straight and has no rust through anywhere on the body. The cab floorboard has some rust through and the trunk is also rusted out. A product of sitting outside uncovered. There is no front or rear seat. The convertible top frame is missing several pieces. All the chrome pieces are with the car with the exception of the lower spears on the doors and the lower windshield piece. All other chrome is there, but with dents. The engine runs and the car drives. The brakes are functioning, but the power brake is disconnected and does not stop well at all. All the metal pieces for the interior are with the car(trim around windshield, tops of doors,and rear quarters). The glass is intact with the exception of the drivers side vent and drivers door window. The frames are with the car. My son put in a new fuel pump and water pump so we could move this vehicle around under it's own power. The transmission and engine has some leaks from the gaskets. The mileage I would assume is beyond the odometers mechanical ability. This is a unique vehicle and an excellent candidate for a restore, hotrod, or ratrod project.
