This is a one family owned car. My aunt bought it new and put about 42,000 miles on it. My mom inherited it and gave it to me and I put another 42,000 miles on it. This car qualifies for Historic Tags in the State of Maryland which means cheaper tags, cheaper insurance and you do not have to have it inspected and you do not have to go through emissions. It is a 6 cyl. and gets good gas mileage. I drove it on a regular basis up until 3 years ago and since then I have moved it in the driveway a few times but that is it. I tried to start it and it wanted to start but didn't. My mechanic said it is probably the old gas in it and there are lines going to the battery that might need to be cleaned or replaced. AAA said the battery was good just need charging. I am not a mechanic so I don't know anything more than what I was told. Mechanically it was in good condition, because it has been sitting for 3 years, I am sure it needs some work but I cannot be sure what it needs. It does have some issues that I know about, I have had problems with a window motor and the trim on the top of the front windshield is not in tight and water has gotten in the car. After two hurricanes and me being dumb enough not to put a tarp on the car, it has had water inside and there is some serious mold throughout, especially on the floor in the backseat. Before the mold issue, the interior was in pretty good shape, just a few cigarette burns from the smoking aunt. The car is located in Stevensville , Maryland on Kent Island, about 10 minutes from Annapolis, half an hour from Washington DC and Baltimore. Car sold As Is, cash only at time of pickup which must be within 7 days of auction close.
