Selling my Corvette. Planned on restoring it, but just don't have time. Too many other projects. 79 Corvette L82. Only 82500 original miles. 350 V8 with automatic transmission. Originally had a/c but the compressor had been removed prior to me owning it. T tops, power windows. Interior needs to be redone. Seat upholstery is pretty bad as you can see in the pic. We keep seat covers on them, but I removed them for the pic. Battery is dead from sitting, but should still hold a charge. Should probably be replaced though. Radiator was recently replaced with an all aluminum one. The old one had a small leak. This was originally a Colorado car, so no rust. Tires are pretty decent. Windshield has a crack in it. Car was originally white. Someone put an amateur paint job on it that has some nicks and scratches. It would need to be repainted to be worthy of a Corvette. :) This car runs and drives great. Engine is strong and quiet. Transmission shifts smoothly. The car has no drive train issues. It just needs some cosmetic TLC. It is 30 something years old, so don't expect a perfect car. It is mechanically sound and reliable and could easily be driven across the country with no worries. ( as it should with only 82500 miles on it!) Have a clear title in hand. Has never been wrecked. It is a perfect candidate for a restoration. The value only goes up on these Corvettes. NADA book value is ridiculously high. I have the reserve set at a fraction of the NADA value. I have replacement linkage for it, but have never had time to install it. May just be a clip, but I bought all the linkage anyway.
