Spent entire life in North Carolina until December 2010 when I had it shipped to Minneapolis, Minnesota in enclosed trailer. On Jan-08-12 at 19:29:07 PST, seller added the following information: Update Sun Jan 8 9:30 PM CST - I have received numerous questions about the truck and I realized I'd made a few mistakes in the listing so here is additional information/clarifications: The automatic transmission is a 4L60E model - code M30 - not a 700R4 model. The rear end is the factory original 3.73 ratio - code GT4. The rear roll pan is fiberglass. The truck has a hidden hitch behind the license plate but has never towed and does not have trailer light harness. The front tires are Hankook P235/60R17 DynaPro AS and the rear tires are Hankook 275/55R17 Ventus AS. The tires are like new with full tread. The wheels are polished Torque Thrust - not chrome. The truck has never been smoked in. The truck has a billet transmission shift lever, a billet shorty antenna - not currently on - and a billet rear license plate frame. The bowtie in the grill is billet as well. The drop kit is Bell Tech brand - the best on the market. The front end has dropped spindles, shorty coil springs, and shorty shocks. The rear end frame has been c-notched, has shackles, and shorty shocks and originally the leaf springs that come from the factory sitting in top of axle were flipped under the axle but then the truck was too low in the rear so the leaf springs were put back on top of axle. The front red grill is from a Chevy Silverado Sport model pickup truck - not from a Tahoe - and was red out of the box. There is no spare tire. The truck at one point did have a Gaylord custom hard fiberglass tonneau cover on it. The truck was special ordered without side trim, wheel well trim, and tail gate trim. The Silverado emblems on the B pillar were removed upon delivery and there are no marks where they were. The truck is factory rated at 255 horsepower and 330 foot pounds of torque. The Hypertech Power Programmer Module is advertised to boost horsepower by 11 and torque by 17. You can make numerous adjustments with the programmer including power tune setting, thermostat temp, shift RPMs, shift firmness, rear axle ratio, tire height, etc. For me the truck was just a cruiser - not a hot rod - so I didn't fiddle with the programmer. The exhaust is custom from behind the cats. The Flowmaster Original 40s give the truck a nice rumble and are not too loud or annoying in my opinion. The tail pipes are 2.5 inch aluminized. The truck is essentially a "like new" 1997 truck. I am not divulging my reserve price - after all it's an auction.
