Vehicle Detail
This truck was used as my fiancee's daily driver for past 4 years, but head gasket started leaking last month, now only starts sometimes, so selling for parts. Transmission had just been serviced summer 2011, and some belt we replaced, can't remember which one. In December new plugs and wires were installed 12/2/11 (still have the receipt). Went to mechanic when engine light came on. They did not find any leaks from hoses, radiator, water pump, or intake manifold (all of those inspection notes are listed on the receipt). They did find a head gasket leaking coolant into one of the cylinders though, and said the top-end needed to be replaced. Local junk yard offered $600 without seeing it, so listing here to see what we can get. Body on this truck is in great shape, no major dents, inside leather has been well taken care of as you can see from the pics. There is a scratch on the passenger side as shown, and the front passenger door lock is messed up on the outside where someone tried to jimmy the lock. It still works however. Window motors, locks, etc. were all working as of last month when she stopped driving it. 3rd row seat included as well. Also has a receiver hitch. For local pickup in Lakeland, TN only. Can't promise it will start or even drive far if it did, so recommend towing it. Cash only or certified Money Order from USPS or major bank please, but have a clear title my fiancee' can sign over to you. I'll be out of town for next 8 days, so if I don't respond please take no offense, as I may just not have reception. I'm prepared to haul it to the junk yard for the $600, but if someone bids more here we're happy to oblige, as the great body and parts alone on here I could sell independently for much more, I just don't want to mess with it. Thank you for your interest.
