Won this recently but dont know how to drive manual and dont want to mess up a classic. Just felt like i had to have it After researching how rare these cars. if I'm correct even more rare than the m3. My cousin test drove it and has it for now. She says it drives really good. She has had the m coupe, m3 and cooper s All of them manual. I met with the owner as he drove it up from san diego for me. He is in the bmw community and i met him at a bmw meet for a second time. I got an automatic 3 months ago on ebay and am addicted to the styling of this car. i will film the car being driven by my cousin from the inside and post it on youtube so you can hear the sound of it soon. Runs and drives great. Rare model with the sunroof delete option and low mileage. If you been looking for a clean E30 don't miss out on this one. ENGINE It has the 1.8 liter (DOHC) 4 cylinder engine. It was just tuned up and starts right up with no oil leaks. TRANSMISSION It has a 5 speed manual transmission that shifts great with no grinding or slipping issues. The shifter bushings are good with no sloppiness in the shifter. EXTERIOR The body is in excellent shape with no rust or dents on the chassis. The paint is in great shape. 1 small scratch on the rear quarter panel. (see below). Rear valance has a small split in it about an 1 inch. INTERIOR The interior is in great shape with no cuts or tears on the seats. It has the black leatherette seating. The dash is crack free. "actually 2 small cracks". The headliner is like new. Carpet is clean with no major stains. ELECTRICAL All the power options work correctly (windows and mirrors). It has the factory cassette player that sounds great. The radio tuner is also working. "radio needs code" and glove compartment is locked and a little malfunctioned" The A/C blows cold. WHEELS AND TIRES It has a set of 15" BBS RA wheels with a brand new set of tires 195/60/15.
