1970 FJ40 RUNS GREAT "NO RESERVE" All original except the wheels but I have the original wheels for it, They will go with the vehicle. The seats are rough but all glass, and gages are good and work as they should. No leaks in the roof, back hatch opens good but needs exterior handle and the lower doors open good and work just fine. Not much rust on it and underneath really is structurally sound and rust free. Floor pans are good. Has rear heater and the only real bad I can see is it will need a Brake master cylinder as it has just recently started leaking slowly out the firewall side of it but it still works fine with fluid in it. about a 2 week leak as of now. The tires and wheels on it now are just to get it around and be able to use it. I was going to try to find the original hubcaps and run directionals on the original rims but haven't been to worried about that right yet. It is an original three on the tree and still works great. Heater blows hot, wipers work (but need new blades) and the lights all seem to work including blinkers (have to hold the left blinker down sometimes for it to blink). Roof seems to be in great shape and air tight. The main rust is a little on each rocker and rear corner but the main part is on the side steps and does not extend into any or the frame or body from the steps. The engine starts fine with the use of the manual choke and idles perfect for an older vehicle. A bit hard to start in weather under 30 but with either starts right up. buyer responsible for shipping!
