The is the Most recent edition of the Eurovan and the van offerings since 2003 from Volkswagen just don’t come close to measuring up. What sets the Multi van apart from other Vans: rear sets fold down into a full size bed, 2 rear facing jump seats that fold up and can be easily removed for extra space. snap in curtains for all windows, Florescent interior lighting that can be left on for hours with minimal battery drain. Front, middle and rear auxiliary power ports, stereo that can be turned on without the key in the ignition fold out table to all rear passengers and the list goes on. This is truly what a family/ adventure van should be. Your next car trip in this will feel like a pleasure cruises in this van. What sets this van apart from other Eurovans? This van is in great mechanical condition, the engine purrs like a kitten. Full of power, great acceleration, this is not the first generation Eurovan (don’t play around with only five cylinders) this truly drives like a German precision automobile. This model does have the tow package and though I have not towed much with it, when I have it handled the trailer excellently with plenty of torque to take a full trailer up to speed. I am the second owner and have always had the regular maintenance performed at the dealership (nothing but synthetic oil for our van). Most repairs were performed by a factory trained and certified mechanic. Recently the transmission has been replaced. With vacuum system, water pump, battery, serpentine belt all replaced. These things have been taken care of so you’re ready to go for another 140,000 miles. Truly I feel the mechanics of this van are in top condition. I have all repair and maintenance paperwork even back to the original purchase invoice. How about the interior? The inside is in good condition with all switches and power windows, power locks, Sun Roof and keyless entry in perfect running order (both original keys are included). All arm rest work properly (rarity is these vans). I do have a spare front passenger seat out of another Eurovan that I will give with the van for spare headrest, arm rest ect.. All interior lighting works properly. One of the rear facing seats has a small 1-centimeter score yet other than that the interior is in great shape. All curtains are present and accounted for and snap perfectly in the there places to make a great weekend camping get away. Exterior? There is not a spot of rust on the van. This van has always been in Arkansas or Texas and kept clear of the snow and salt. I have just had it run though a professional body shop so the paint shines like a mirror. There are two scratches and some normal rock nicks but all of these were touched up by the body shop so, though they are visible there is no future possibility of rust. There is one minor impression on the driver’s side that is noticeable in the enclosed photographs but you have to be looking to see it. Price? Kelly blue book has this van listed private party at $10,340 and trade in at 7,825NADA has this van listed clean retail $10,700 and trade in at $7,800As you can see noted on eBays website most cars on eBay sell between their trade in and retail value.I have set the Buy It Now price at $6500 this is well below trade in value, as I do have this car listed locally I reserve the right to stop this auction at any time due to local sale.
