This 1971 convertible was sitting under a shed on a ranch in the same spot for 30 years. It was given to me by the owner in return for work. I have four other's that need my attention and limited room to keep. So this is a no reserve auction. Must be sold. Complete but need's to be fully restored. The car was parked 30 year's ago due to a fuel line problem. So some smart guy cut the center hump on the floor (see pic) to get to the line and left it like that when he figured out there's no room there to do anything. (The thing's people will do..) I ran a wire through the line and removed the chipped piece of metal that was stuck there preventing fuel flow. Put a battery in and started the car. The engine run's doesn't leak or smoke but need's to be rebuilt. Not road worthy. The car's floor pan's are rusted out and need to be replaced, The body is pretty straight. The whole car need's to be restored. Last registered 1992. Car come's with original 80's clear small pink slip signed by owner. "SOLD AS IS". The battery is NOT included in sale. I can lend the buyer a tow bar to tow it home with if needed. Local buyer's are more than welcome to come see the car before bidding. This is a very nice father and son project that will definately return the investment. I work very long hour's but will return all question's as soon as possible. Thank's for looking.
