It was 1941 Captin America makes his debute in comics, Franklin Roosevelt is President for a 3rd term, M & M's are introduced, Citizen Kane was in the theatre along with a Ronald Reagan movie called International Squadron. Gas was 12 cents per gallon,. and the Japanese attack Pearl Harbor pulling the United States into WW II. Then the 1941 Mercury is called " the car that dared to be different ! " So here is a piece of that Era's history, a factory Yellow 1941 Mercury. The car is BONE DRY ! ! VERY Nice body! Some minor dents but VERY restorable. Only rust hole that I could find is up over the rear differential. ( photo included ). Interior will need to be redone as you can see from the photos. The car last ran 4 years ago and was parked when the brakes were starting to fail. It appears to be all stock. Equiped with the Mercury Flat Head V8 and 3 speed manual transmission.
