Ive got a 1973 honda xr 75 ko in a dg frame that I recently built. The engine has a new piston and rings bored 1,25 mm oversized and new friction plates, the valves were lapped and it has all new gaskets. It has a tm set of forks and triple clamps, old school handlebars a 14 inch aluminum finned showa shock on the back. Its a nice shock but its for a double shock set up so its to weak for a mono shock. If i was going to keep it I would find a mono shock for it. The wheels are nice and true. The rear wheel is bent on the lip of the rim but it is hardly noticeable. The brakes are good, new tires and tubes 3.00x16 on the front and 3.00x14 on the back.The sprockets are in good shape.The chain is not new but serves its purpose.It has a new air filter on it. I broke it in with 10 wght 40 after 5 hour run time put new oil in it. The engine has no more than 8hrs on it. The pipe was toast so i made one. the side panels are old school and the front number plate is a piece of aluminum sheeting that i made. The number plates have nstyle backgrounds on them it has a preston petty mini baja fender on the front and the original ko fender on the back. The frame is in great shape the gold cadium finish that dg put on it was coming off so i cleaned it up right down to the nickel shine i should have left it at that but i spray painted it with duplicolor shadow chrome black out coating it didnt adhere well to the nickel and easily comes off. The swingarm is clear coated the gas tank has been bondoed and it and the fenders where painted charcoal gray metallic. It has a nice seat on it. The stock kickstand is to short due to the fact that a dg frame has more ground clearance when put together. The spark plug boot has electrical tape wrapped around it i dont know why she has awesome spark so i let it be.
