Kelly Blue Book: Very Good Condition – $9,431 Good Condition – $9,206 Fair Condition – $8,946 Please read the entire auction write up below and ask any questions before bidding. I have some buyer requirements and I take my 100% feedback and I treat all my transactions on eBay with the same respect. Up for sale is my 2006 Chevy Colorado 2LT ZQ8 standard cab truck. I bought this truck new in August of 2006 and I have maintained this truck personally since then. The oil is changed every 5-6k miles with Castrol synthetic since new. I have tried to take pictures of every aspect of the truck so you know what you are buying. What you see is what you get. Please notice my 100% feedback score. I have bought and sold many cars and motorcycles on eBay and I try to be as truthful as possible. The truck is in average condition for its age and mileage. There are a large number of rock chips which show up as black since the primer coat is that color. Most of the rock chips are on the front bumper and some on the lower part of the hood. I have not tried to fill them but the truck will come with the factory GM paint pen to touch them up. There is also a scratch next the B pillar on the driver’s side, which I have photographed as well. The bed does not have a bedliner, so it shows wear. There is a rubber bed mat and also a Xtang Tri-Fold soft bed cover, so most of the wear is on the inside of the tailgate itself. One of the clips on the tonneau cover broke on a very cold day. I simply make sure the two halves are aligned when I close it and it isn't an issue. I thought gluing it would cause more issues than it would fix. Also, I also have never waxed the truck, so it would look even better after a good clay bar and some wax. The clutch was replaced as a precaution at 75,000 miles, but it actually had a lot of wear left at that point. The truck has every option I know of for the 2006 year. I am not sure if GM sold these trucks with a sunroof, but eBay says it has one, but it does not. I can not change this item in the listing for some reason. The truck has power windows, locks, mirrors, cruise control, automatic lights, intermittent wipers, a towing package and fog lights. The bulbs for the fog lights were changed out for a set of PIAA bulbs which are substantially brighter and also help spot deer at night here in WV. Check Engine Light – The truck has had the normal GM check engine light off and on for a couple years. I have verified all the coils were in working order, the plugs were changed, etc but still seem to get a misfire code with the truck. Just to be sure, I took the truck into the local GM dealer and they found a leak in the valve cover gasket, leaking oil down onto the coil & plug. That has been repaired and the light was off for the past few weeks. It just came on today taking photos for the eBay sale. The truck idles fine and has done this for years. It could also be a result of the computer tuning, exhaust, intake etc I have done. I just want to make sure the buyer knows all that I do. This truck has never broke done once or had any serious issues. Recent Maintenance (this week) New front brakes – OEM pads lasted 100,000 miles! (rear drums/shoes look good)New emergency brake pedal & front line (common issue with Colorado or Canyon)Oil changed with Castrol Syntec 5W-30 & filterReplaced valve cover gasket (common problem on 3.5L inline 5)Cleaned throttle bodyFilled all fluids (coolant, washer fluid, clutch, brake, etc)Rotated tires Modifications Suspension QA1 adjustable coilover shocks for the front suspensionBelltech 1” lowering blocks for the rear suspensionThe suspension used to be 1" lower both up front and in back. Due to axle clearance, I raised the truck back up. I will give the 2" blocks to the winner bidder if you would ever want to lower it back. The front has height adjustable coilover shocks, so this can be done at any time. Engine K&N air intake system Computer reprogrammed for 87 octane. More power & better MPGMagnaflow stainless exhaust system (single side exit seen in phots & video) Audio System Kenwood Excelon DDX 8017 DVD stereo receiver (can play DVDs while driving)Kenwood Sirius Radio adapter – in gloveboxFront Speakers: Diamond Audio 6.5” HEX componentsRear Speakers: Diamond Audio D363.5 6.5” componentsAmps: Phoenix Gold Titanium 600.2 and Titanium 500.4Image Dynamics ID10 10” subwoofer (sound quality sub)5 farad capacitor Entire truck interior was removed to install sound damping material when it was brand new (Raamaudio/Dynamat)All car stereo components were selected with sound quality in mind, not booming bass. If the winning bidder does not want the stereo in the truck, I will remove and we could possibly come to some agreement possibly. If the component amp is removed, I would have to rewire the front door speakers back to the head unit. Currently, the amplifiers power the entire system. Also, the Kenwood stereo does not feed/eject CDs very well. It probably needs cleaning, but I always use the iPod adapter, so I actually almost forgot to mention.
