Up for auction we have a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu LT that was recently declared a total loss by the insurance company due to flood waters in Pa. This car does not seem to have taken water higher than the lower seat cushions but we are not 100% sure. You will need to change the oil and pull the plugs out before attempting to start it. We have had great success in the past with changing fluids and having them run however due to and abundance of new flood cars arriving daily we have no time to change them.
