1966 Chevrolet Chevy II / Nova 2 Door Hardtop // Former Drag Car I am selling my father-in laws, awesome sounding 1966 Chevy II / Nova. It has a 400 cubic inch small block Chevy punched out to a 406, Demon carb mounted to an Edelbrock high-rise manifold, double hump fuelie heads, high performance cam with roller rockers, ACCEL distributor and Hooker Super Competition headers exiting thru the fender wells with Turbo thrust mufflers for exhaust. There is a 4-speed Muncie transmission with Hurst competition plus shifter. Wildwood HP disc brakes on the front hubs. The front and rear frame rails are welded together. The 10 bolt rear-end has 4:11 gears and also has traction bars. Battery is mounted in the trunk to help traction. It comes with both original American racing wheels and Chevy rally wheels with ET Drag Slicks on the rear. There’s lots of new sheet metal on this car. This body is very straight and the floors are solid. Has a brand new front bumper and many other new parts to help finish this car. Interior has early Camaro bucket seats and other new interior parts. Even in black primer this car gets your attention!! This Chevy II Nova is a paint job away from being one very big hit at your local car show. My father-in-law was in the process of getting it ready for new paint, but due to many other projects he’ll have to let this car go.
